Attract the attention of holiday shoppers this season

There are escalators located on the north and south side of building. The escalators go directly between the Plaza and Terrace levels only. Access to the Pinnacle Club or Courtside Suite level is via public staircases adjacent to the escalators or one of the five public elevators. Exceptions to this policy will be made for all medically necessary items after proper inspection.

FedExForum Gossett Motors Parking Garage offers 1,500 parking spaces in the five-level attached parking garage. There are two entrances to the garage, both on Dr. M.L. King Jr. Parking is sold on a season basis for Memphis Grizzlies games and Memphis Tigers games. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for non-basketball events at FedExForum. Parking rates are set based on the type of event being held at FedExForum. Only clear bags made of plastic, vinyl or PVC no larger than 6x8x2 inches will be allowed inside FedExForum.

In the event that items are revealed during a search, guests must dispose of the items prior to entry. FedExForum’s unique single entry design, allows all fans to enter in grand style right from downtown’s entertainment district. Easy drop-off is available right at the door for guests with disabilities. Please see Security Procedures below for additional information regarding that. Coming off record setting tours in 2024 and 2025, Nate Bargatze announced his 2026 BIG DUMB EYES WORLD TOUR coming to FedExForum on March 26, 2026. The Executive Suite and Club Box Concierge is responsible for front line service to Executive Suites and Club Boxes, their guests and VIP’s for FedExForum and the Memphis Grizzlies.

Family restrooms are available on all general public access levels. Club Seats, located on the Pinnacle Level, offer an exceptional way to see FedExForum events. The Pinnacle Level also offers a wide variety of food and beverage options.

Appropriate emergency strobe lights and voice enunciators are located throughout the building. Always remain calm and follow the instructions from staff members and emergency personnel. Only small personal still camera equipment with a 3 inch lens or smaller may be brought into FedExForum. Please note that for certain events cameras may not be allowed into the facility. Video, audio and professional camera and recording devices are prohibited. Fans may not reproduce any film, digital, video or audio recordings of events for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Memphis Grizzlies, FedExForum and the NBA.

This role includes greeting, filling requests, and problem-solving during events. The concierge will monitor and control guest access to the Executive Suite level(s) and premium areas while making sure all of our guests’ expectations are being met. Support conferences and events with onsite experts delivering signage, print materials, and shipping services. The Terrace Level concourse is accessed by using the designated escalators. Once there, it’s just a short walk to the seating area, and just like the Plaza level, there are plenty of food and beverage options, merchandise stands, and easy access to restrooms.

Elevators are located in the Northwest, Southwest and fedex small business center Southeast corners of the facility. Guests using foul language or appearing intoxicated will be ejected from the arena. Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing will be denied entry. FedExForum offers a wide variety of food and beverage concessions to meet just about every taste. Guests may sign out binoculars at each of the Guest Relations Centers located outside of Section 102 and Section 202. Binocular rentals will require proof of identification and a $20.00 deposit, with $10.00 being refundable upon return of the binoculars.

Working personnel will continue to enter FedExForum through designated gates where they will be subject to the same clear bag policy and security screening. Guests who have tickets for Will Call pick-up may do so at the Box Office in front of FedExForum with a valid photo ID. It is illegal to re-sell FedExForum tickets anywhere in FedExForum or its surrounding properties. FedExForum is a smoke free facility; however smoking is permitted in designated areas outside of the arena. Leafleting, soliciting, and the unauthorized distribution (including sell) of merchandise is prohibited.

The Sensory Room is a designated space specifically designed with tools and equipment to help guests regulate their senses, when they are experiencing sensory overload. Visit the Guest Relations or Concierge desk for more information. Located on street level, guests to FedExForum will not have to navigate stairs to enter. The Plaza Level hosts an array of concession and novelty stands. Guests may obtain First Aid items such as aspirin, antacids and band-aids from a First Aid attendant. First Aid stations are located on two different levels for guest convenience.
